Note : In the declaration
of the MCI eligibility certificate
application the student have
to declare that in the event
if he/she take admission in
a foreign medical university/College
which is not included in the
schedules of the Indian Medical
council Act, 1956, he/she
shall be bound by the decision
of the Hon'ble Delhi high
court in LPA No. 1622-29 of
2006 abhishek kumar Dwivedi
Ors. Vs MCI. So the student
willing to study in China
have to honor the decision
of the Hon'ble Delhi High
Court. So it is students risk
regarding recognization in
India.

Guidelines to the Aspiring
Medicos who want to Pursue
their Medical Education
Abroad.
1.For MCI recognization,
students willing to study
abroad have to follow Eligibility
Certificate regulations
2002 and Screening test
regulations 2002 of MCI.
2.Pre requirements for applying
Eligibility certificate
are a) He/She should attain
age of 17 years and b) Above
50 % in 10+2 with subjects
like Biology, Physics, Chemistry
and English.
3.Getting the Eligibility
certificate from Medical
council of India is not
only the criteria to write
the screening test. (Better
to refer the back page of
MCI Eligibility Certificate
for rules and conditions
mentioned in it).
4.Prefer to take admission
& pursue the studies
in a foreign medical college/institution/university
which has been duly mentioned
recognized & included
in the schedules to the
Indian Medical Council Act
1956.
